About the project
The Marches of Napoleonbegan as an effort to make Napoleon's correspondence and campaigns explorable as a single, connected record — rather than scattered across archives and volumes of letters.
Every place on the map traces back to primary-source correspondence, cross-referenced against campaign records and residency research to build a picture of where Napoleon was, when, and who he was writing to.
The project is built and maintained by [Company Legal Name], a company registered in Norway, on infrastructure hosted entirely within the EU/EEA.
